Apple's MacBook is a Regretful Purchase

Even though I have sent my 2020 Apple MacBook laptop for service many times, it is still claimed that there is no problem. The machine gets extremely hot when used while plugged in, but Apple has returned my machine many times, stating that it was fine, to avoid replacing it. I haven't been able to use my computer for months. Buying Apple has become a regret, especially purchasing it from KVK, which is an even bigger regret. My latest KVK Apple service form number: is 2301507730.
