Apple Store Refused To Refund Aloha App Purchase

I was attempting to begin the free trial of the Aloha app when I made the mistake of purchasing a subscription accidentally while I was downloading it from the App Store. I promptly submitted a request for a refund through support.apple.com, and although the request was granted, the amount that was supposed to be refunded has not yet been deposited into my bank account after five days. Requesting the deposit of my ₺ as soon as possible.
