I am reaching out regarding my refund request for the suspicious withdrawal of ₺2,999.99 from my account. The amount, listed as "APPLE.COM/BILL" in my transaction details, was withdrawn on January 6, 2025.

While Apple refunded my friend for an application fee mistakenly charged after a trial period, I am being denied a refund for ₺3,000 for a product I neither own nor use. This transaction was not authorized by me, and no product was purchased.
