I received an email yesterday stating that my device had been repaired and would be delivered as soon as possible. I discovered that the screen and many other components of my device had been altered, replaced, or modified without my knowledge. Apple is a company that changes devices due to software and hardware issues, and it does not hesitate to announce these changes everywhere. My phone is devalued, and its resale value has decreased significantly. I demand that those responsible for these unauthorized operations get in touch with me and end my victimization.
