Apple Store Charged Me Through Vodafone and Won't Refund Unauthorized Purchases
For the past six months, my Vodafone bill has consistently been over ₺2,000, even though my regular bill should be around ₺500. Every month, I encounter incorrect charges either from Vodafone or Apple, and it feels like I'm stuck in a loop with no resolution. I've spent countless hours trying to resolve this issue, but I keep getting the runaround. When I contact Vodafone, they claim I made purchases through the App Store. However, when I reach out to Apple, they say there are no recorded purchases. I need this issue resolved immediately, and I expect a refund for the excess charges taken from me over the past six months. If this matter is not settled, I will have no choice but to pursue my rights through legal channels.
