However, Apple says they didn’t receive the payment and is asking me to pay again. We’ve been emailing back and forth for about 10 days, and despite sharing the reference number, screenshots, and all necessary details, they still say the payment isn’t showing on their end and haven’t provided a clear solution. My bank, Denizbank, confirms that the payment was successfully made to Apple.com and that it cannot be canceled. I even asked Apple to reverse the transaction if it didn’t go through properly, but that wasn’t done either. Now I’m being asked to make another payment, which feels really unfair and confusing.
