Apple iPhone Backup And Synced Photos Disappeared
When I went to Apple a few days ago because my phone was freezing, they told me to reset it if I had a backup. I did it again and waited 30 minutes, even though my phone had already been backed up that morning. After that, we turned the phone back on. The pictures from August 25th were fixed, but the pictures from my honeymoon and wedding were not. I called Apple Support and they said there might be a problem with synchronization. But the photos from August 25th were there while the ones from August 20th were not. They threw out any idea of "customer satisfaction" that had to do with the system error and closed the case. How can I get those pictures back? Apple support told me to save them to a computer, but I could have bought a computer and a phone with the money I spent on this one. It's disappointing to have problems with this brand.
Progress
My backed up phone was deleted at the request of the Apple dealer and my honeymoon wedding photos were deleted. Customer service accepted that this problem was not caused by me and said there was nothing they could do. It is very sad that such a brand behaves this way.
