Apple iPhone 14 Pro MagSafe Clear Case Yellowed, Replacement Has Problems

I purchased an original Apple iPhone 14 Pro MagSafe Clear case. Due to yellowing, I sent it to the authorized service, and they replaced the case. However, when I received the new case and put it on my phone, I noticed that the pop-up animation indicating the case was not coming up on the screen. I returned it to the service, but nothing changed, and they mentioned that it's a systemic issue not caused by the case, and I should use it that way. I contacted Apple support, and they also consulted with the service, stating that if a promised feature's animation doesn't appear, it shouldn't exist. Later, the service informed me again that I should use the case as it is. Now, I ask you, why can't I use a promised feature?
