Apple iPhone 13 Battery Swelling After 2 Years and Screen Separating from the Case

Apple iPhone 13 Battery Swelling After 2 Years and Screen Separating from the Case
209

My iPhone 13, although only 2 years old, first started shutting down at 50%. Then, in a way I couldn't understand, it would turn itself on and off, while charging it first to 10% and then to a desired percentage. I took off the case, and the phone's screen and case almost separated from each other. There is a swelling problem that the battery will explode. When I wrote to Apple support, they stubbornly said that it is normal for the battery health to drop to 80% after 500 full charges. It is incomprehensible how the battery health of a 2-year-old phone can drop to 68% from the difficult Apple store. However, battery swelling has become chronic in iPhone 13s. I hope you solve your own mistake without victimizing your users.
