Apple Support Can't Fix My iPhone 13 Battery
The battery life of my iPhone 13, which hasn't even been around for a year, is consistently decreasing. It has dropped another 3% in the last 2 weeks. Apple support repeatedly advises me to follow certain steps, but despite doing everything they suggest, my battery life continues to decline. Despite not being an avid phone user—no gaming, etc.—I mainly use it for calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram. I'm concerned about this configuration. If there's an issue with the phone, it should be replaced under warranty. The warranty period hasn't expired, yet Apple support seems to be ignoring my concerns.
