Apple iPhone 11 Suddenly Shut Down and Did Not Turn On

The device belongs to the cardholder named Seyda Cetinkaya. The iPhone 11 suddenly powered off and wouldn't turn back on. When I visited the Caddebostan Apple service on Sunday, September 19, 2023, they couldn't detect any issues with the iPhone and suggested a replacement. They offered me the same old phone for a price close to 20000. It's disheartening to trust a brand and, when they can't resolve the problem, they shamelessly attempt to sell an old phone for nearly the same price as a new iPhone 11. I expect a brand as reputable and widely used as Apple to handle such issues with more integrity. We were told that the complaint teams would be notified about the problem in two days, and our request would be evaluated. However, they returned with the same offer. Customer satisfaction is non-existent. I intend to share my complaint widely, including writing to Apple. There should be no charge for servicing a device that has a problem entirely caused by Apple. I urgently seek a resolution and plan to escalate the matter to the Consumer Court.
