Over the last three months, my credit card registered with my Apple account was charged ₺419 and ₺3.49, despite me not making any purchases. I contacted customer service, who informed me that my card had been blocked for Apple payments and that they had processed a refund. Although customer service was attentive, I find it concerning that a company as trusted as Apple, to whom we entrust all our personal information, cannot clarify the purpose of these charges made with my credit card details.
