It has been 10 days since I sent my device to the Apple KVK service in Ankara Kızılay, and I still have not received any news. When I search, I cannot get detailed information. I was left without a phone; I was a victim. If I had sent it abroad, it would have arrived sooner. It's very slow; maybe they forgot about the product; I don't know. The cargo delivery code is 212282641698. I expect help; otherwise, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. My device has heating, not charging, freezing, and low charging problems. I want my phone replaced.
