Raft Online Charged $10 After I Canceled the Free Trial

On April 18, 2029, at approximately 12:42 a.m., I started the 3-day free trial of the game “Raft Online” through the Apple App Store. After trying the game and deciding that I did not like it, I canceled the subscription at around 1:00 a.m., only a few minutes after starting the trial. Despite canceling my subscription before the 3-day free trial period expired, a monthly subscription fee of $10 appears to have been charged to my May bill.

When I contacted Apple Support, I was told that they could not assist with online game memberships, and no solution was offered regarding the refund. Since I canceled the free trial within the allowed trial period, I absolutely do not accept this charge.

I request that the subscription I started through the Apple App Store be canceled and that the $10 charged to my May bill be fully refunded.
