FaceApp Refund Request After Trial Cancellation

I started a one-week free trial for a FaceApp Pro membership. Before the trial period ended, I canceled the subscription through the App Store to avoid being charged and to make sure I wouldn’t forget to cancel.
However, despite canceling and without my approval, I noticed that on January 23, 2026, an annual Pro subscription fee of $23 was billed to my mobile line. The transaction appears under the phone number 0535******* and is associated with an Apple ID registered in the name of Esma B******* in the App Store.
I do not accept being charged even though I canceled the subscription. I demand that my FaceApp Pro membership be terminated immediately and that the full $23 charged to my bill on January 23, 2026, be refunded to me.
