Duolingo Charged $39 for an Accidental Annual Subscription

On April 22, I accidentally purchased an annual subscription to Duolingo through the Apple App Store, and $39 was charged to my account. I did not actually intend to purchase a subscription, and as soon as I noticed the transaction, I submitted a refund request through Apple approximately 10 minutes later.

However, I was informed that my request had been reviewed and that the purchase did not meet the requirements for a refund, so no refund could be issued. In my opinion, it is completely unfair and unreasonable to deny a refund for a one-year subscription when I tried to cancel it within the first few minutes and had not used the subscription.

I request an exceptional refund of the fee for this annual subscription, which I did not intend to purchase and immediately attempted to cancel, and I ask that my loss be resolved.
