Immediately Cancel My ReelShortW Subscription

I made a subscription purchase in the ReelShortW application via the Apple Store on 07.08.2026, using my existing account. On the same day, my son accidentally deleted this account without realizing the consequences, and after that my ReelShortW account registered under the same details was deactivated. Although I have a valid subscription, I can no longer access my account, and as shown in the attached messages, there were three different POS charges made under the description “ReelShortW-1183578688 SUNNYVA” in the amounts of 4,351.26 LKR, 4,334.09 LKR and 4,336.07 LKR. I contacted the support team by email and requested cancellation of the subscription, but my problem has not been resolved and I have been left without access to the service I paid for. I request that my subscription be cancelled immediately and that the amounts charged for the subscription to this deactivated account be fully refunded, or alternatively that my account be restored with full access to the service I paid for.
