App Store Face AI Subscription Needs Full Cancellation After Accidental Purchase
I accidentally purchased a yearly subscription instead of a one-month subscription for the Face AI application through the App Store. As soon as I realized the mistake, I immediately canceled the subscription on 01/03/2026 at 12:41 AM, within the same minute of the purchase. My App Store order/reference number for this transaction is MN7NHM***.
Even though I canceled the subscription immediately, the payment could not be processed because there is currently no balance available on my card. However, I am concerned that once I add money to the card, the annual subscription fee may automatically be charged. For this reason, I request that the yearly subscription I accidentally purchased be completely removed from the system and that no future charges be made to my card under any circumstances.
I kindly request the cancellation of this mistaken annual subscription and written confirmation that no future billing or automatic payment related to this transaction will occur.
