I Was Denied Payment by the Insurance Company Without Exception

The insurance institution made an exception and did not pay even though I did not have an exception. Since 2006, I have private health insurance. About 3 years ago, I switched from Acıbadem insurance to Anadolu insurance. I had no exceptions. In 2021, I had one low-dose blood pressure medication written in my name. During the transition, I told the official who called me that I took a box of medication with the advice of a doctor friend due to what happened during the pandemic period and then I did not use it because it was not necessary. The friend who talked to me on the phone also examined and organized my insurance contract without applying an exception. I already worked with Acıbadem Insurance for 16 years, and I said I would not switch if an exception would be applied. I informed Acıbadem Insurance that I had the right to renew for life without exception. They accepted and arranged my contract with a lifetime renewal guarantee without exception. When my brother's veins narrowed after the angioplasty he underwent in Istanbul, a doctor we both knew in common recommended angioplasty for me. I had my angioplasty and Anadolu Sigorta requested a lot of documents. In the meantime, I made the payment. Later, they asked for the prescription on 12.01.2021 to make a payment. When they received this prescription, they stated that they would not pay in complete violation of the contract. Although I am 50 years old, my angiography result was clean. There is no blockage in any of my veins. How can this happen if I have a heart disease? If not, did you make me a heart patient by force to avoid paying where the doctor said there was no problem? By the way, I have had private health insurance for 2o years.
