American Eagle Outfitters Fails To Deliver Expedited Order

I ordered from American Eagle Outfitters three days ago and still haven't received it. I even paid $15 for expedited shipment so I could wear the pieces to a special event. American Eagle Outfitters destroyed my plans. I'm quite dissatisfied, especially when orders done with other brands on the same day have already been delivered. Their delivery service is horrible. The customer support representative I spoke with stated that the order would be delivered shortly, but I've heard this before and nothing has changed. I am also disappointed that I will not receive a refund for the expedited shipping charge. American Eagle Outfitters did not deliver my product on schedule, hence they should not keep the additional shipping charges I paid. In my opinion, American Eagle Outfitters is the worst retail chain.
