Syncbank Amazon Card Activated But Account Shows Closed
I have an Amazon card issued by Syncbank. My previous account was closed for fraud, and Syncbank issued me a new card. Although they told me this new card is activated, I am unable to use it properly. When I log in, the system still shows my account as closed, even though this is supposed to be the new, active card. This issue started today, and I cannot access or use my account as expected. I request that Syncbank restore full access to my Amazon account and card, correct the “account closed” status on my profile, and ensure that my new card is fully usable without further login or access problems.
