Replacement Of My Amazon Order

I purchased a portable handheld vacuum cleaner for my car from Amazon.ae, and a return and replacement were processed under order number 404-9941690-5436336 on 28 July 2026. However, instead of receiving the same handheld vacuum that I originally ordered, Amazon.ae sent me a different item as the replacement, so I still do not have the correct product. I followed the return instructions shown in my account, including the scheduled pickup and the return mailing label that was generated for me, but despite this, my issue has not been resolved and I am now seeing a warning in my account about unusually high returns. This is very frustrating because I only requested a legitimate replacement for a single item, and the mistake in the replacement was not my fault. I also could not reach phone support because I did not know the correct Amazon.ae customer service number. I request that Amazon.ae immediately send me the correct handheld vacuum that I originally ordered, or alternatively provide a full refund for this purchase without any negative mark or restriction on my account related to this return. I also ask that any warning or penalty regarding “unusually high returns” arising from this case be removed from my account, since this situation was caused by Amazon’s error, not by any misuse on my part.
