Oumeitu HT-901 Electric Mower Stopped Working on First Use
I purchased a charged electric mower, Oumeitu HT-901, on 14 April and used it for the first time today. During use, the mower worked for only about 10 minutes and then stopped working completely. Since this was my first use, I have not yet taken any action such as contacting customer service or a service center. I am disappointed that a newly purchased product has shown such a problem on first use and I do not find this acceptable for a product of this type. I kindly request that my mower be replaced with a properly functioning new one as soon as possible.
