Incorrect Amazon Prime Charge

I am writing regarding repeated Amazon Prime charges that I believe are incorrect. Although I am currently not an Amazon Prime subscriber, my Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi has been charged $16.23 every month for “Amazon Prime” from March 15, 2025 until June 15, 2026. In the past I only used a free trial period of Amazon Prime and then cancelled it. Despite this, the monthly Prime fee has continued to be charged. When I contacted Amazon Prime customer service, I received a non‑reply email stating that there were no charges that I had not authorized, but this does not match my experience, as I did not knowingly maintain a paid Prime membership for this period. I request that Amazon review my account and billing history in detail and refund any amounts that were charged incorrectly for Amazon Prime during this period, and ensure that no further unwanted Prime charges are made to my Citi Costco Anywhere Visa card.
