I Need Immediate Refund ASAP - Amazon

I am writing regarding a phone cover I ordered on Amazon.com for a Tecno Spark 7P which turned out to be for a Tecno Spark 7 Pro instead. Because the cover did not fit my phone after unboxing, I returned the item. The return was processed on 17 May 2026, and in my Amazon account the status clearly shows that the return has been approved, which indicates that the item was received in good condition and within the allowed time. Despite this, I have still not received my refund in AED for this order, even though more than a month has passed since the approved return. The amount is around 27:30 AED and some decimals, and I find it unacceptable that the refund has not been issued while the return status is already approved in the system. I kindly request that Amazon immediately issues the full refund for this phone cover to my original payment method without any further delay and provides clarification on why the refund was not processed automatically despite the approved return status.
