Disrespectful Behaviour Of An Amazon Employee
Today at around 12:34, I received a call from an Amazon Turkey customer service representative regarding a discount issue I experienced while shopping. On the website, I clearly saw that a discount was shown as applied, but at the payment stage the discount was not reflected, so I wanted to speak to a representative to understand and resolve the situation. During the call, the representative gave me information that I believed was incorrect about the discount. While I was calmly warning her about this and asking her not to speak in that manner, she suddenly ended the call while I was still talking. This behavior made me feel disrespected as a customer and directly affected my trust in the service, to the point that I decided not to complete any order due to this experience.
