Amazon's Troy Payment Infrastructure Issue

I tried to shop on Amazon using my Kuveyt Türk virtual credit card with the Troy infrastructure, but when I enter my card number in the payment methods, it recognizes that my card is a Troy card, but I receive a "card not supported" warning when I add it. I am attaching both images. I can use this virtual credit card on all well-known online shopping sites without any issues, except on Amazon. Additionally, when I spoke with Amazon's customer service representative, they stated that there is an issue with Amazon's Troy payment infrastructure. However, the Troy logo is included among the accepted card logos, as can be seen in the attached image. I request that Amazon resolve this infrastructure issue.
