On Wednesday, March 13th, I ordered a Samsung 55Q67C TV from Amazon.com.tr. The only difference between this model and the 55Q60C is the color: gray. We specifically wanted the gray color to match our home decor, and Amazon.com.tr didn't have a 55Q60C model available from their own store.
The product was delivered by Aras Kargo one day late, on Saturday, March 16th. The box was completely destroyed, and when we opened it, we found that we had been sent a 55Q60C model instead of the 55Q67C we ordered.
The Aras Kargo delivery person told us that they could take the package back if we didn't want it, since the box was damaged. Obviously, we didn't want a broken TV, so we refused the delivery.
I called Amazon.com.tr and they claimed that the box couldn't have been damaged when it left their warehouse, because they inspect every item before shipping. However, the fact is that they sent us the wrong model TV!
To make matters worse, I later received a message from Aras Kargo saying that they had tried to deliver the package but no one was home. This is a lie! We were home all day waiting for the delivery.
