On July 26, 2023, I was surprised to find an unaccounted-for 39 TL deduction from my credit card statement, attributed to Iyzico/AmznPrimeTR/Istanbul. This charge appeared completely unexpectedly, despite the fact that I had never authorized or enrolled in any membership with them. I'm frustrated and concerned about the security of my financial information as a result of this situation. I immediately contacted their customer service to address the situation, seeking clarification on how this could have occurred. Sadly, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response from them. It's disheartening to see my hard-earned money taken away without my permission or explanation.
