Amazon Wheelchair Has No Brand Information and I Cannot Order Spare Parts

I purchased an electric wheelchair through Amazon on March 27 (order number 114-9283793-1853026). Since it is my first time using a wheelchair, after about two weeks of use I unfortunately damaged the right-side leg lift actuator. The wheelchair has no visible brand or other identification on it, so I have no way to look up or order the correct replacement part on my own. Because of this, I am unable to use the leg lift function properly and I am concerned about worsening the damage if I continue to use it in this condition. In this situation, my request is to be able to purchase the correct right-side leg lift actuator as a spare part so that I can repair the wheelchair myself. I would appreciate it if you could either provide the exact replacement part or guide me clearly on how and where I can buy the correct actuator compatible with this model purchased under the order number above.
