Amazon Return Package Missing After Drop-Off at Post Office
On Monday, 15/06/2026, I handed in two separate return packages at Enfield Highway Post Office for my Amazon orders. Each package contained two items. One package contained two T Sun 30W LED work light garage lights, and the other contained two Luufan men’s genuine leather bags. I later received an email confirming that the package with the two T Sun 30W LED work lights had been received, but I have not received any confirmation for the other package containing the two Luufan men’s genuine leather bags, even though they were handed in at the same time and place. One of the relevant Amazon references for this return is 202-4924828-6517156. I would like this missing return for the Luufan men’s genuine leather bags to be located and processed as soon as possible and for a full refund to be issued for these items.
