Amazon Return and Refund Issues
I am writing regarding two separate Amazon return issues where I have not received full credit to my original payment method. First, I purchased two storage chests and later returned both of them. However, Amazon only issued a refund for one of the chests, even though both were sent back. Second, I purchased a 5‑cup coffee maker and requested a return but was sent a replacement. As a result, two coffee makers were returned, but I only received a refund for one of them. Both sets of returns were made around April and May, and the items were accepted by Amazon, but the refunds were incomplete. I kindly request that Amazon review these returns and issue the missing refunds for one storage chest and one 5‑cup coffee maker to my original payment method as soon as possible.
