Amazon Prime Price Drop - Refund Request Denied After Purchase


I am an Amazon Prime member, and I've been shopping from Amazon for years. The product I ordered was priced 180 TL cheaper just 4 days after my purchase. Despite explaining this to customer service, unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve my grievance. I have had similar grievances resolved in the past, but this is the first time I've encountered such an issue with Amazon. I also included images showing the price difference between the date of my order on February 23rd and now, February 28th. Is there a specific policy regarding this? I request that my grievance be addressed promptly.
