Amazon Prime Discount Code Isn't Granted

Just wanted to give you a heads up about this big problem I'm dealing with. I was supposed to get a sweet 100 Turkish lira discount on my account, but for some reason, I haven't received it even though I totally met all the requirements. Can you help me out with this? Thanks! I hit up customer service about this, but they couldn't help me out at all. They told me that the discount should be applied automatically and that they can't do anything about it. But, like, there's definitely a problem here, and I really need a solution ASAP.  as a loyal customer who's done everything to get that sweet 100 Turkish lira discount, it's seriously annoying that my account doesn't show it. I've done everything they asked for, but the discount isn't showing up when I try to pay. This issue needs to be fixed right away.
