Amazon Prime Charges Continue but I Cannot Access the Account

June 15 7:25 PM48

For the last three months I have been charged for an Amazon Prime subscription in Norway, but I am unable to log in to the account that is being billed. Because I cannot access the correct account, I also do not know which email address is associated with these charges. On my bank statement, the payment reference ID for these Amazon Prime charges is 0116_0029042963942_0000001. I am sharing this reference so that you can use it to locate the correct Amazon Prime account and the email address that is currently linked to these payments. I kindly request that you use this payment reference ID to identify the account, confirm the associated email address, and help me regain access so that I can log in and properly use the Amazon Prime service I am paying for.
