I am using the Amazon app on my Vivo Y200 in India and recently encountered an issue with my Amazon Pay balance. About one hour ago, I added ₹111 to my Amazon wallet from my Fampay account. The full amount is still visible in my Amazon wallet, and I have not used it for any transaction.

After adding the balance, I tried all available options in the app to either use the money or transfer it back, but the app keeps denying the payment and does not allow me to withdraw, refund, or utilize the balance in any way. This has left my funds effectively stuck in the wallet without any clear option to access or use them.

I have not yet contacted Amazon or Fampay support, but I need this issue to be resolved urgently. I request that Amazon immediately refund the ₹111 back to my original payment source or provide a proper way to withdraw or use the balance without restrictions. I expect a prompt resolution and a clear explanation for why my balance is currently unusable.
