Amazon India One-Day Delivery Delayed: Order Not Delivered on Time
I placed an order on Amazon India on 4th of this month and paid an extra amount for One‑Day Delivery, with a promised delivery date of 5th. Despite this, today is already the second day after the promised date and I still have not received my order. On the tracking page it only shows “Arriving today” and “Out for delivery”, but there are no real updates, no change in status and no explanation or reason given for the delay. I am waiting for this delivery in Telangana, India, and this delay has caused me inconvenience, especially since I specifically paid extra for faster delivery. I request that Amazon investigate why my One‑Day Delivery order with promised delivery on 5th has not been delivered yet, provide a clear and prompt update, deliver the product as soon as possible, and refund the extra amount I paid for One‑Day Delivery due to this delay.
