Amazon Fails to Refund Canceled Viceroy Quilt Purchase

On 23rd August I ordered two Viceroy quilts from Amazon, with order number #026-6156571-4757968. The prices were £27.12 for the first quilt and £31.36 for the second quilt. Amazon later cancelled these items, but I have not received any refund for either of them. In total I am expecting a refund of £27.12 + £31.36, but no money has been returned to my account so far. Viceroy sent me an email stating that I should speak to Amazon customer service, but I have not been able to find a phone number to contact Amazon and resolve this issue. I request that my full refund for both cancelled quilts be processed and paid back to my original payment method as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly about the status of this refund.
