Amazon Dispute Department Calls Keep Disconnecting for Unauthorized Charges

July 12 7:37 PM254

I am trying to reach Amazon’s dispute department to contest several unauthorized transactions on my account, but every time I call, the line disconnects before I am even able to say a word. This has happened three times today when calling from my mobile phone, and I have not been able to find any alternative number or way to reach the dispute department by phone. Because the calls keep dropping immediately, I am unable to speak with a representative or start the dispute process for these unauthorized charges. I am very concerned that these transactions remain unresolved and that my account security and funds are at risk while I cannot reach anyone. I kindly request that Amazon urgently contact me, provide a working and reachable phone number or an alternative direct channel to the dispute department, and promptly review and reverse the unauthorized transactions on my account. I would like my dispute to be handled as quickly as possible and to receive clear confirmation about the action taken on each disputed charge.
