Amazon Blocked Me From Posting Product Reviews Without Explanation

For the past couple of weeks, my Amazon account has been completely blocked from posting any reviews anywhere on the site, even for products I have legitimately purchased. Every time I try to submit a review, I receive the same message stating that Amazon has noticed “unusual reviewing activity” on my account, that all reviews submitted by this account have been removed, and that my account will no longer be able to contribute reviews or other content on Amazon. The message then refers me to the community guidelines, but does not provide any concrete reason or way to resolve the situation. I have tried many times to get support with this. I have contacted Amazon customer service repeatedly, and when I am referred to the abuse or community team, they keep asking me for specific details such as the ASIN or ISBN of the item, the title of the review, the date of the review, or a specific “report abuse” event. None of this information is available on my side, because Amazon does not show me any individual problematic review or a specific incident. I am told either that they cannot help because it is not their department, that they cannot understand the issue, or that there is no unauthorized activity on my account and therefore no changes will be made. Meanwhile, the restriction on posting reviews is still active and I am going in circles without any resolution. I am not trying to be rude; I am simply trying to solve a problem that I cannot fix by myself, because I have never been given a concrete explanation of what exactly is wrong. My main request is that the review restriction on my account be lifted and that I receive a clear and specific explanation of what happened and which policy, if any, my account is supposed to have violated. I would also appreciate having this issue escalated to a department or person who can actually see the internal flag on my account, review it in detail, and provide a definitive answer instead of generic template responses. I would like to continue using my account normally, including posting honest product reviews, and I am asking for your help to restore this basic functionality and to clarify the situation.
