I Couldn't Return ₺17,950 Worth of Unused Alo Yoga Products
On June 4, 2025, I made a purchase totaling ₺17,950 at the Alo Yoga store in Turkey. Due to the excessively long fitting room line that day, I had no choice but to buy everything without trying the items on. Five days later, I returned to the store with all products unused, with tags intact and packaging unopened, requesting a refund. Shockingly, the store refused to give my money back and instead offered a one-year store credit.
This is completely unacceptable for such a large transaction. During the purchase, no one verbally informed me, nor was there any written notice, that refunds were not allowed. According to Turkish Consumer Protection Law, unused items can be returned within a specified timeframe. The store’s policy is not only unfair—it’s against consumer rights.
I have officially submitted a complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Alo Yoga has three business days to resolve this issue, or I will pursue legal action and make this situation public via social media. A brand of Alo Yoga’s caliber should never disregard customer satisfaction like this. I demand a full refund immediately—not a store credit.
