However, I have encountered a significant issue with the theft of my vehicle’s ghost screen. When I approached the service providers recommended by your company, they mentioned that they could not assist due to a lack of an agreement. This is quite concerning, given the completeness of my insurance policy. As your customer, I expect such issues to be resolved and for my insurance policy to work as intended. Please take the necessary steps to rectify these shortcomings and find a suitable solution for the repair of my vehicle. I kindly request you to consider my complaint, take the required measures, and respond as soon as possible. Otherwise, I may have to consider escalating this matter to higher authorities.
