I recently had a disappointing encounter with Allianz Insurance, as they offered me a surprisingly inadequate amount for the required damage compensation. To make matters worse, they declined to compensate for the decline in business resulting from the suspension of activities. This is an appalling attitude, withholding the rightfully paid insurance money and presenting various excuses to avoid making payments. Allianz is definitely not a great insurance company. I am deeply dissatisfied, witnessing a company that when its existing customer suffers a loss, resorts to baseless excuses to evade fair compensation.
