AliExpress Toshiba e-Studio 2508A Order Paid but No Tracking Number
On 22/07/2026 I placed an order on AliExpress for an Image Unit / Drum Unit / Developer Unit for a Toshiba e‑Studio 2508A. My card was charged, but I have not received any tracking number for this shipment. Some time after the order, I was contacted by phone from the number +86 189 2417 8*** asking for which machine I needed the product. I replied both by phone and by message, and I also clearly requested that the tracking number be sent to my email. Despite my repeated requests to this number, I have not received any tracking information. I find it unacceptable that my order has been paid and confirmed, yet no tracking number is provided and my messages are ignored. I kindly request that the tracking number for this order be sent to my email immediately so that I can follow the shipment. If this cannot be done, I expect a clear explanation and a prompt solution from AliExpress or the seller.
