AliExpress Shoes Too Small & Not as Advertised – Refund Request Ignored

I ordered a pair of shoes from AliExpress, but they arrived too small and did not match the advertised images. On top of that, the shoes have an overwhelming chemical odor due to excessive dye. This is completely unacceptable.

When I requested a return and refund, my request was ignored and I received no helpful response from the seller. I have provided the necessary details, including my tracking number (1110467053606249), but still no resolution.

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and demand a full refund as soon as possible. AliExpress should hold sellers accountable for misleading customers. I expect immediate action on this matter!
