Alibaba Seller Failed to Send Required Documents for Customs Clearance

On December 24, 2025, I purchased a package containing a tank and a carrying bag through Alibaba with order number 887395026002. The product arrived in Turkey quickly, but it became stuck in customs, and I have been unable to receive it. Customs officials informed me that the required documents for the tank and the bag are missing, which is why the shipment cannot be processed.

When I contacted the seller, I learned that there is a documentation issue caused by the supplier, and the necessary documents have not been provided. Despite requesting them multiple times, the seller has intentionally not sent the documents, which prevents my shipment from clearing customs and has caused me significant inconvenience.

I request that Alibaba step in and require the seller to urgently provide all necessary documents related to the tank and the bag, so that these documents can be submitted to customs and my shipment can be released and delivered to me as soon as possible.
