Alibaba Microscopes Delayed in Customs With No Shipping Update

On July 17, 2026, I ordered two microscopes through Alibaba. One product cost $23, the other cost $13.20, and I also paid $60.20 for shipping, for a total payment of $96.40. The products have been stuck in customs since July 27, 2026, and the shipping status has not progressed.

When I placed the order, I understood that the company was responsible for handling the customs procedures, so I was not informed that I would need to take any additional action. I have maintained good communication with the Alibaba seller so far, and we are trying to follow up on the process together. However, because I was not aware that the customs procedures were my responsibility, I am now experiencing difficulties because I do not know how to proceed. Alibaba is requesting a document confirming that the products have been held by customs. I have emailed the customs brokerage company regarding this document and am still waiting for a response.

Since I have been dealing with this issue for a long time, my primary request is for my products to be cleared through customs and delivered to me as soon as possible. If this is not possible, I request a full refund of the amount I paid. I ask that this matter be investigated and resolved urgently.
