I purchased a pair of Alexander McQueen sneakers from Beymen’s website on July 19, 2022, but after only 4-5 wears, the transparent part on one shoe turned yellow. This is completely unacceptable for a premium brand!
When I took them to Beymen Hilltown for inspection, they were reluctant to accept them at first. I mentioned that I was a loyal customer and even suggested they check my purchase history—which they actually did (I was shocked!). Only then did they agree to send the shoes for review.
After weeks of waiting, I was told there was no defect, and my shoes were sent back unchanged. Now, I have one discolored shoe, and they expect me to wear them like this! I paid ₺7,795 for these sneakers, and I refuse to accept this. Beymen, fix this issue immediately—either replace or refund my shoes!
