TCL MT43XA Still Won’t Charge Properly Despite Repeated Service Center Repairs
If TCL cannot stand behind a children's smartwatch, it is hard to trust the company to support products such as phones, tablets, or televisions. I have also found KVK Authorized Service to be extremely unresponsive and unhelpful throughout this process.
I have owned a TCL Alcatel MT43XA smartwatch for approximately one year. During that time, I have sent the device to the service center three or four times because it would not charge properly and the battery would drain extremely quickly. During the most recent repair, I was informed that the motherboard had been replaced. However, none of the issues were resolved, and I continue to experience the exact same problems every time I try to use the watch.
I sent the device to KVK Authorized Service multiple times. During the first service request, I was asked to pay a fee, so I chose to take the device back. No fees were requested during later service visits. Even though my smartwatch is still under warranty, I have been unable to get any meaningful response from either the service center or customer support. My phone calls go unanswered, and my emails receive no reply.
This smartwatch was extremely important because it allowed me to stay in contact with my child and monitor their safety while traveling to and from school. Because the device has remained unusable, I have experienced significant inconvenience and frustration.
After dealing with these unresolved issues for nearly a year, I am requesting a permanent solution. I want the defective product to be replaced and for the problems and inconvenience I have experienced to be properly addressed.
