I Face a TCL MT40X Watch Strap Failure Despite Having an Active Warranty

Approximately five months ago, I purchased a TCL MT40X smartwatch from the MediaMarkt store on N11 for $97. My 6-year-old daughter used the watch for about four months, and at the end of that period, the watch band completely snapped. The product is still under warranty, and I have both the purchase invoice and warranty documentation. I also own the same brand of smartwatch for my son, and the band on his watch recently broke as well, even though that device is still covered by warranty.
Other than the broken watch band, I have not experienced any issues with the product. I contacted customer service regarding the problem, but I was told that the damage was considered user-caused and therefore not covered under warranty. As a result, no assistance was provided. However, the watch was used normally, and it is unacceptable for the band to fail after such a short period of regular use.
I believe this issue points to a product quality or durability problem rather than misuse. Since the warranty is still active and the watch was used as intended, I am requesting that the broken watch band be replaced free of charge under the warranty terms.
